Andrea Fernandez

Andrea Fernandez has lived in Fresno, California her entire life. She has 20+ years of office experience including customer services, medical records and health insurance. Andrea is the first contact with ERISA Law Center in answering phone calls and transferring those calls to the requested staff member. She organizes and archives paper and electronic documents; helps retrieve medical records for our clients for appeals; and assists all members of the ERISA Law Center staff in fulfilling their needs to help our clients. She enjoys the rewarding experience in knowing she played an important role in getting our clients the benefits they deserve. Andrea enjoys listening to music, traveling to the ocean, and spending time with family and pets.
