Malaya Pietruszka

Malaya is currently a college student studying to obtain her associate’s degree in paralegal studies.  Once she has obtained her AS, she will study to obtain her bachelor’s degree in history.  At ERISA Law Center, Malaya is the first point of contact when a potential client contacts us and gathers detailed information about them and their claim, as well as assisting in the onboarding process once a potential client retains the ERISA Law Center as their attorney.  When Malaya is not communicating directly with potential clients, she assists with many other tasks within the office, such as requesting medical records, drafting documents, and office filing.  Malaya enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her dog Theo.
