On March 22, 2021, ERISA Law Center learned that its name, and/or phone number has been used to place fake calls to individuals, advising of the existence of warrants for their arrest, and/or other legal action.
ERISA Law Center does not make cold calls or use automatic messaging/robot calls, nor will ERISA Law Center or its employees contact you about any legal matter, unless you are an existing client or have contacted the office for legal assistance. ERISA Law Center will not place calls advising of warrants for arrest or criminal charges against you.
If you are an existing client and have been contacted by someone posing as an employee of our office who you have never spoken to, and are unsure about providing information to that person, please contact our number directly, or email the attorney, paralegal or legal assistant who is on your case before disclosing any information.
