ERISA Experience You Can Rely On.

Who We Are

Get The Help You Need To Receive The Disability Benefits You Deserve

Applying for disability benefits while also managing your condition is challenging enough, but when your insurance denies your claim, appealing their decision is even harder. Here at ERISA Law Center, we have over 35 years of experience in taking on insurance companies to help our clients get the benefits they deserve.

Under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”) of 1974, employees have the right to sue for benefits that were provided through their employers. But, before a suit can be filed, there are important administrative requirements that must be fulfilled by the claimant. We are familiar with these administrative requirements and can work with you to give you the best possible outcome for your case.
